This mat fits like it was made for my car, which, of course, it was. I live in Florida, where the first criterion for a parking space is shade. There is seldom shade available. I've had one of these mats on another car, and it's literally a dash-saver. I read some very good advice on a forum. Get black. Yes, it's hotter, but it protects well enough and doesn't reflect on the windshield as much when driving, reducing visibility.Clean the dash, using water and perhaps a mild soap. Put the dash mat on the dash, then let it sit a couple of days if possible, in the sun, to let it heat up and flatten out. When flat, figure out where to put the velcro on the dash and clean those areas with rubbing alcohol, after testing a less obvious area of the dash for color fastness with it.I have put on three of these. All look good and hold up well. I cut the velcro into a little longer than 1" strips before applying. You put the "stickly" half of the velcro on the dash. The mat itself is the other side, so there's no need for that half of the velcro. Put it in place starting at the windshield and smooth it out as you go.
