This rug is great. It came early, I was surprised when it showed up on the porch folded instead of rolled, however I opened the package and the rug was exactly as pictured. I ordered 9x12 in pecan brown. After laying the rug out I was able to stretch out the crease from when it was folded, it is easy to vacuum and looks and feels like a soft carpet. I think the quality is nice. I purchased this to give my toddler more soft space to play in because we have hard wood floor through the entire house. I am very happy with this rug. If you have hard wood floors I would recomend putting something under the rug because the bottom of it is scratchy and if rubbed around it could potentially take the finish off, if it were placed directly on top of the wood.The rug is called Frieze Shag, but I wouldn't call it a Shag carpet. I expected it to have longer "shag" style fibers, but it is more like a regular carpet. It took a couple days to relax and lay flat, but now it lays nice and flat and looks great. I am happy with it, but had to drop a star because I don't think it should say Shag in the description. That is a little misleading.I have been looking for a specific size area rug for a while now, then I came across this seller. As far as price this is an amazing value, at least half the price of other comparable rugs I have found!! Then I found out they would custom cut to a specific size, I e- mailed them regarding my order and the size I was looking for. They responded the next day, cut it to size at no additional charge and shipped it the same day. I received it 2 weeks before the estimated delivery!!! Not to mention its made in the USA. I would definitely order for this seller again and highly recommend them!!!2nd time buying this rug after 6 years - we love it!This carpet was delivered approximately 3 weeks earlier than promised. The silken has a tint of very light chocolate milk shade, but very, very light, and appears a beige from a distance. This carpet did not have a factory smell at all and is a very thick short shag which has not shown signs of shedding. My vacuum handles it very well and looks nice once vacuumed. Perfect for my casual living room!I love the rug. Color is perfect two tone beige. My only disappointment was it is thin. But it works for me.awesome price and quality rug for my newly installed tile floors. I bought 2 so I will have a back up when this one gets dirty. Looks great in the family room on the dark floors.Shipped extremely quick nice thickness and color perfect for underneath kitchen table so hardwood floor doesnt get scratched. Did need to get rug pad as underneath of rug a little rough
